EGRC empowers rural young women through education, provides opportunities for their personal and career development, and further identifies and trains a new generation of women leaders.

Since 2005 EGRC has sponsored over 1,700 women with their high school and university education.

Sponsored students have achieved over 99% graduation rate.

100% of graduates have found employment. 100% of their families have been lifted out of poverty.

Through this process, many young women have paid it forward by contributing back to their communities and to EGRC.
